THIS is what the buzz is about on the street right now... the Mercedes-Benz Oakville 10k on Sunday April 25th, 2010! It's back with everything you loved about last year's race and more.
Unique features of this race:
- The only 10k race in the country to give away a Mercedes-Benz B-Class* (*1-year lease provided) as the Grand Prize to any 10k finisher (25 years or older) by random bib draw
- $5000 in additional draw prizes (no age limit, all 10k finishers are eligible)
- It's a FAMILY AFFAIR... High School Challenge, 1k Junior Jog (kids 6-12), 300m Toddler Trot (kids 0-5)
- Technical T-shirt to all 10k participants
- Reusable Race Kit bag to all 10k participants
- GREEN event: online registration only (except on race day), recycling stations, food donation to local food bank, bike racks, and reusable race-kit bags
- Massage tent (with registered massage therapists) in our Athlete's Village for post-race therapy sponsored by Connor Chiropractic & Wellness Centre
