Grand Prize Rules for Mercedes-Benz Oakville 10k Presented by New Balance – April 21, 2013:

1. Thecompetitionisopentoall10kfinishersofThe2013Mercedes-BenzOakville 10k Presented by New Balance.

2. The Winner will be selected by means of random draw on April 21, 2013. Each participant who officially finishes the 10k race during the event will automatically be entered.

3. Odds ofwinning will depend on the number of participantswho officially complete in the 10k race.

4. In order to claim the Prize,the selected recipient must be present at the time of announcement. In the case that the selected recipient is not available to accept the prize in person at the time of announcement, InField Marketing Group and/or Mercedes-Benz Oakville will have the right to select a new winner (whereupon the initial winner will be deemed to have forfeited any rights to the Prize) and award the Prize to such a recipient in the manner provided above.

5. Competition is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws.

6. One(1)prize will be awarded: exact model(s)TBA.

7. The Prize must be initiated no later than May 30,2013 and upon acceptance, must sign a temporary loan agreement from Mercedes-Benz Oakville Autohaus and abide by its terms.

8. In the case that the Winner wishes to use the prize value towards the purchase or

lease of any other new Mercedes-Benz, this request must be made in writing to

Mercedes-Benz Oakville no later than May 30, 2013.

9. The prize has no cash value and cash will therefore not be offered in lieu of

accepting the prize.

10.If a winner does not comply with the competition requirements, or the official Event

Rules, the Competition Sponsors and/or InField Marketing Group will have the right to select a new winner (whereupon the initial winner will be deemed to have forfeited any rights to the Prize) and award Prize to such a team in the manner provided above. The decisions of the competition judges will be final and binding on all entrants.

11.Insurance, maintenance and fuel on the prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner must fulfill all insurance obligations as stipulated by Mercedes- Benz Oakville for the term of the lease and will be asked to provide proof of valid insurance and proof a valid driver's license in his/her name upon delivery of the vehicle.

12.Vehicle registration and license plates are the sole responsibility of the winner.

13.In order to claim the prize the winner must complete a credit application with

Mercedes-Benz Oakville and have said application approved.

14.The winner agrees to sign a release form releasing the Competition Sponsors

from any and all liability, confirming compliance with competition rules and

accepting prize as awarded in order to obtain the prize.

15.The winner further agrees to permit the Competition Sponsors to use the winner’s

name, address and photograph and/or video image in any publicity or advertising without compensation, and releasing the Competition Sponsors and theirrespective agents, officers, directors, employees and representatives from any and all liability, damages, costs, expenses and claims arising out of or relating to the Prize.

16.Winner will be invited to hand over keys of car to winner of 2014 Mercedes-Benz Oakville 10k Presented by New Balance in April 2014.
